Why don't you accept my credit card?
There are several reasons why your credit card might not be accepted.
1. You may have entered data incorrectly. Please don't put
spaces in between the numbers when you enter your credit
card number. Also, check
to make sure your expiration date is correct.
2. You may have exceeded the limit on your credit card.
If you have had fraudulent claims or charge backs on your
credit card in the past, you may not be allowed to purchase
time on our system, even
though you have credit available on your card.
3. You may have made too many purchases
in one day using the DMR credit card
system. When you make your first DMR purchase, you are allowed
only two purchases a day. As you make more purchases, your
limit is increased to
three, then four and so on.
